Well, it’s possible, but of course it depends on how overweight the patient is and also how strictly they can adhere to our weight loss program.

SHOULD DIET PLANS FOR WEIGHT LOSS BE INDIVIDUALIZED?
Individual diet plans are not necessary for success.
But we prefer to give an individual program to each patient, because the result will be effective and sustainable.
THE MOST IMPORTANT ELEMENTS OF WEIGHT LOSS ARE WHAT: EXERCISE, DAILY DIET AND NUTRITION, WEIGHT LOSS DIETS?
As I mentioned above, most overweight people need to change their lifestyle.
You must choose carefully how much, at what time and what you eat. We burn the most fat when we sleep.
It may sound silly, but since our body is resting and we are not active, our body burns a lot of energy to keep the body at a temperature of 36.5 °.
Therefore, if you eat less food for dinner and do not eat late, your body will burn fat, as this is its engine to maintain body temperature.
It seems that everything is very simple, but we all know how difficult it is to sleep on an empty stomach. If you treat yourself to a light early dinner once or twice a week, you won’t need to go on a diet.
And of course exercise, exercise, exercise! This is what you should do at least 3 or 4 times a week. Or walk every day for 30 minutes.
